The rates
On top of the final value fee, eBay adds $0.40 per order ($0.30 when the sale total is $10.00 or less). The fee is worked out on the whole sale total: item, shipping and sales tax.

- Stamps pay 9.7% with a Basic Store or higher and 13.6% without, on the first $2,500.
